All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit or debit card.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service, as permitted under Texas law for time-reserved businesses.
Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) may be considered a missed appointment and may be rescheduled at the discretion of Equanimity Wellness.
Promotional appointments may be rescheduled once only with proper notice. If rescheduled more than once or canceled late, the offer will be forfeited.
2. Refunds, Packages & Products
All service sales are final and non-refundable once a treatment series begins. This includes promotional offers, single sessions, and multi-session packages.
Packages are non-transferable, as they are designed and priced based on the individual’s consultation, treatment plan, and goals.
Product sales are final. Due to active ingredients, temperature sensitivity, and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Clients experiencing a reaction or irritation must notify us within 7 days. While refunds are not issued, we are happy to offer a professional alternative or guidance.
3. Promotional Offers
Promotional offers are available by invitation only, and links may not be shared, reposted, or forwarded.
All promotional appointments submitted via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) are considered pending until confirmed by phone or text by a staff member. This is to protect against fraudulent activity and spam bots.
Each promotion is limited to one per client, and offers may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated in writing.
Promotional services designed for women are not transferable to male clients. Our men’s treatments are clinically customized and priced based on different skin structure, grooming needs, and materials.
4. Gender-Specific Treatments
Certain services (including men’s facials and back treatments) are only available when a licensed provider trained in male-specific protocols is scheduled.
Equanimity Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or adjust men’s treatments if a qualified provider is unavailable on the chosen date.
Our protocols for men and women differ — substitutions or service-sharing across genders is not allowed under promotional pricing.
5. Studio Environment & Conduct
We are a private, appointment-only studio. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Please silence all devices upon entering. Phone calls must be taken outside the studio.
Out of respect for our space and other guests, children, pets, or guests are not allowed unless pre-approved by management.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior. Any client who threatens the energy, safety, or professionalism of our environment may be refused service at any time without refund, in accordance with Texas service laws.
6. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility
Clients must fully disclose all medical conditions, medications, sensitivities, and allergies prior to booking and before each service.
Some services are contraindicated for individuals with certain medical conditions, pacemakers, pregnancy, or recent surgeries.
Equanimity Wellness is not liable for negative outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
It is the client’s responsibility to keep us informed of any changes to their health or medication status.
7. Service Animals Policy
Service animals trained under ADA guidelines are welcome with advance notice.
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted in the studio.
Service animals must remain under control at all times.
8. Payment Terms & Financing
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
For qualified clients, we offer financing through third-party providers such as Cherry or CareCredit. All financing must be approved and signed before services are rendered.
Financing cannot be used to purchase skincare products.
9. Acknowledgment & Legal Terms
By booking or attending an appointment, purchasing any treatment or package, or entering our studio, you confirm that:

You understand that failure to comply may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
You release Equanimity Wellness LLC and its employees from any liability related to undisclosed medical conditions, misuse of products, or failure to follow post-treatment care.
Equanimity Wellness LLC reserves the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our official website and are binding upon publication.
