2. Skin Analysis & Photography Consent

As part of your personalized wellness journey, we may offer:

  • Skin analysis using advanced imaging tools

  • Before-and-after photographs to track progress and optimize your results

These photos and scan results:

  • Are stored securely and only viewed by your practitioner or medical advisor

  • Are never shared without your written consent

  • May be used anonymously (no face or name) for internal training or marketing only if you’ve given explicit approval

You have full control over how your images and data are used. If at any point you wish to withdraw photo consent, just let us know and we’ll honor your request immediately.

3. Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive occasional appointment updates, wellness tips, or exclusive offers from Equanimity Wellness via SMS.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and prepare each session thoughtfully just for you.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a $50 fee or forfeited session

This helps us serve all clients fairly and keep our schedule aligned with care and presence.

6. Package & Financing Terms

If you’ve purchased a package through a financing partner

(such as Cherry, CareCredit, Affirm, RepeatMD, or others), please note:

  • All packages are non-refundable once your first service has been received

  • You are responsible for your full payment plan, even if services are paused or delayed

  • Changes to packages must be discussed in writing within 5 days of your first visit
